1. Wash and condition hair with curl-friendly products.

2. Remove excess moisture from hair by gently pressing hair with a towel. Do not rub hair dry — this can cause curls to separate and frizz out.

3. Scrunch hair with a curl-friendly mousse and blow-dry using your diffuser attachment.

4. When hair is dry use either our Ceramic Instant Heat 3/4" Spiral Styler or our Infiniti by Conair™ Tourmaline Ceramic™ 3/4" Curling Iron and wrap hair methodically around the barrel. Hold for a second, then slide the hair out of the iron. As you are releasing the hair, hold onto the end of the section and stretch the curl while its still warm to create a natural look.

5. Natural curls are never exactly uniform and it takes some effort to balance your curls. Finger-style your smooth ringlets and then spray with a flexible-hold hairspray. This action will set the curl, and control frizz as well as add shine.

6. Do not ever brush your curls — this only makes them frizzy.
