To pedicure your feet at home, you will need:
1. A bucket full of warm water
2. Bathing soap
3. Cuticle remover
4. Nail cutter
5. Nail File
6. Foot scrub [preferably with sea salt or apricot]
7. 10 cotton balls
8. Nail polish remover [if you are wearing nail paint]
9. 2 drops of essential oil
10. Towels
11. Foot moisturizer

Wash your feet with soap and warm water. This will clean the superficial dirt on your feet and open the pores, for proper cleaning of the feet.

Next, submerge your feet in warm water and make them wet, completely, till your ankles. Squeeze out some scrub in your hand. Massage the wet feet with the scrub for good 10-15 minutes. Scrub the area between the toenails, which usually remains untouched, while bathing. The back of the foot and bone on the ankle, are places where dirt settles down. Hence, scrub those areas well. Once youve finished scrubbing, submerge your feet in the water, and wash them clean.

Keep the nails short or long, the choice is yours. However, keep the nails in good shape. Immediately, while your toenails are still soft, shape them well. Use a nail file for the same. If your nails are chipping, just cut them, they will regrow better.
